I understand that Bai dou ku is cardamom but some websites say Sha ren and Yi zhi ren are both black cardamom? Which one is correct? And for this recipe, does it matter whether I use regular(white) cardamom or black one?

I am attending an online school but video classes are minimal and we are left with the printed material, which is not as good (basically a compendium of other sources translated into Spanish). What I want to comment on is at 49:58, that is the possible correspondance of water with diseases such as rebellious qi and diarrhea. I believe that the connection is to be found in the lack of clean water. If you drink infected water, you are indeed likely to either vomit or get diarrhea.
